Dream Journal & Guidebook For Couples By Carol Lawrence

What Is Lucid Dreaming?

Lucid Dreaming is when you are aware that you are actually dreaming or you take control in one of your dreams.

For example, I’ve had dreams where I wasn’t liking the outcome or something bad was going to happen to me so I either fought back, changed the dream, or stopped the dream. Have you ever experienced similar events in your dream state?

Normally I try and take a step back and watch the dream unfold so I can see what my subconscious is playing out. I try not to interrupt it.

Since I’m such an avid dreamer, dreaming almost nightly or at least multiple times per week I’ve begun keeping detailed diaries of my dreams. Since I like to track my dreams I thought you might want to too. That’s why I created a few dream journals and trackers. One for individuals and one for couples to use together.

I’ve had some seriously CRAZY dreams lately. I dreamed of Fema camps that weren’t any kind of camp I’d want to be trapped in.

In another dream, I was a participant in a magic trick. I was cut down the middle. Even though I was split in half, I could see feel, and interpret everything going on around me through multiple viewpoints.

Right before my newest granddaughter was born I had a dream I was in a hospital and delivering a baby.

It’s a trip how our subconscious mind plays out life events. It’s even trippier when a loved one visits in a dream or when we receive a download for a creative idea!

I love this aspect of being multidimensional. Never underestimate how special and powerful you truly are!

When you have questions, ask for the answers to come to you in your dreams. You might just be shocked when you receive the clarity you were searching for.

In my dream books, I’ve included quick dream diary pages to log your short dreams and full dream pages to write down the more detailed longer dreams. I’ve got a place to check if it was lucid, recurring, or a nightmare. Keep track of your sleeping habits and routine to see what might help increase your ability to dream and what might be hindering it.

I’ve put together 200-page paperbacks available on Amazon and a simple printable version you can purchase, download and print on Etsy.

What do you dream about? Have you been dreaming more lately? I’d love to hear about them.

Happy Dreaming!
